CONCEPT
Located in the heart of Munich, the adidas Terrex flagship store is the first of it’s kind, focusing solely on the brands outdoor products and services. The entire interior has been designed with sustainability in mind using natural materials such timber and natural clays that remove toxins from the air and enhance humidity regulation as well as biodegradable mannequins that can be broken down and recycled or remade using 3D printing technology.
Large scale digital is used throughout the space as a window to the outside world, connecting Terrex users to nature in expressive ways.
A modular design approach to the furniture means that the space can be reconfigured TO HOST EVENTS and showcase content ON the large digital footwear wall.
RFID lift and learn technology is used to engage and inform visitors about the features and benefits of the Terrex product range.

Live foliage is used throughout the store creating an authentic and vibrant link to nature. Green walls clad columns and an innovative irrigation runs through the ceiling structure and into planters, allowing hanging plants to be watered automatically.
Alongside plants, combinations of materials are used throughout the space to reflect the different textures experienced when exploring natural environments.
