Pop-Up Activation and Brand Experience

CONCEPT

The Loading Forum 84 concept Brings together two iconic brands, adidas and BAPE. The project celebrates over 30 years of influence at the intersection of sports culture and streetwear. The Forum 84 concept draws inspiration from 1984 — the year the silhouette launched, and arcade culture defined a generation.

This vision led to the creation of the adidas × BAPE retro arcade activation, an immersive retail and brand experience that replaces the traditional online raffle with physical interaction and play. Fans were invited to play to win limited-edition sneakers and merchandise through a live, real-world basketball challenge. Performance was tracked via a live leaderboard, transforming the space into a competitive, high-energy environment that encouraged participation, engagement, and social interaction.

By combining sport, gaming, and street culture, the event turned the product release into an experience, creating a dynamic brand experience that honoured the legacy of both adidas and BAPE while connecting with a new generation of fans.
